The Site sells digital products (including but not limited to fonts, design assets, and digital downloads) and may in the future offer physical products (collectively, “Products”). All Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before access, delivery, or shipment of Products.
  • We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees related to your purchase.

3. Delivery and Fulfillment

  • Digital Products: Delivered electronically via download link or email after payment is processed.
  • Physical Products: Shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. License for Digital Products

All digital Products (including but not limited to fonts and design assets) are licensed, not sold. Use of digital Products is subject to the specific license agreement provided at the time of purchase. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable due to their electronic nature.

6. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images, and colors of Products. However, variations may occur due to device settings or manufacturing differences. We do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

7. Support

Our Products are provided “as is” without ongoing support or updates.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product, capped at $1,000 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Funshop LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site, Products, or breach of these Terms.

12. Accounts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be brought in state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any license agreements for Products, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio Funshop LLC.
